Chef MG Farris

As Executive Chef, Farris is responsible for all aspects of the Cobb Energy Centre’s kitchen operations, including overseeing the venue’s 3,200-square-foot, state-of-the-art banquet kitchen and its culinary staff; menu planning and development; and managing quality and cost control as well as all aspects of catering and concessions.

Cobb Energy Centre’s on-site, full-service catering and fine dining services are integral to the venue’s ability to confidently host the grandest of affairs, from elegant dinner parties and lavish wedding receptions to upscale corporate appreciation banquets. Farris is particularly delighted about the culinary department’s role in branding the Centre.
