ArtsBridge – Ticketing, Parking and Child Policies

ArtsBridge Reservations:
1.  Complete, print (for your records), and submit the ArtsBridge Reservation Request Form (payment not required when
      requesting a reservation - payment is required two weeks prior to performance).
2.  Once your Reservation Request Form is submitted, your reservation will be placed on HOLD. You will receive a reservation
      invoice within five to ten business days of your request. Your reservation will be held until payment is received (up to two weeks
      prior to performance).
3.  Reservation number accuracy and payment in full is required NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS prior to your program reservation.
     Cancellations are required NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS prior to your program reservation. If your reservation is not canceled     two weeks prior to performance, you will be held liable for any amounts due.4.  Coordinate your transportation to the Cobb
     Energy Performing Arts Centre.
5.  Come see the show!

Payment Policies:
· Payment is NOT required to reserve your reservation.
· Payment guarantees your reservation.
· Payment is required two weeks prior to performance.
· If your reservation is not canceled two weeks prior to performance, you will be held liable for any amounts due.

Admissions vs. Tickets:
Tickets are not issued for ArtsBridge performances. General admission is administered on a first come, first serve basis. When groups arrive at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, they will be checked-in by venue representatives.

Subsidies:
Through generous contributions, ArtsBridge may offer financial assistance to public schools in need. Subsidies are allocated based on available funds. Click here to complete the ArtsBridge Subsidy Request Application.

Directions & Parking:
· Driving Directions: http://cobbenergycentre.com/planning_your_visit.aspx· School buses will pull into the circular drive in front of  the building, drop-off students and park in our main flat lot located directly across from the front entrance of the building.  Please
  note that the flat lot is for school buses only.
· All personal vehicles and vans are to park in the parking deck adjacent to the building.
· The cost for parking is $6.00.

Child Policy:
Each ArtsBridge program is grade specific. Regardless of age, all patrons must have a reservation. Unless an event is designated for younger audiences, children under the age of 3 years will not be admitted to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theater without refund.
