ARTSBRIDGE Helps Students Learn!
Formal evaluations reveal that educators participating in the program resoundingly gave the program extremely high marks for content, quality, and logistics. Specifically, teachers rated the program as strongly inspiring their students’ interest in subject matter and greatly meriting valuable time out of the classroom. On a 10-point qualitative evaluation tool using a scale of 1-5, with 1 as the lowest and 5 as the highest, educators gave the ARTSBRIDGE initiative an average score of 4.54.
Booking Your Field Trip
Please do not phone to inquire about show availability. Simply submit your written request and we will contact you if a show is not available.
Step 1-Determine shows of interest to you and request admissions using either the online or downloadable request form. Visit our Field Trip Programs Section to review upcoming opportunities. You may order using the online request form or by downloading the form from our site.
Step 2-Review the written confirmation of your booking request that is e-mailed to you. This confirmation will also serve as an invoice for you to submit to your bookkeeper. Final payment and changes are due no later than two weeks prior to performance.

Payment Policies
No payment is required to reserve admissions
However, to guarantee your reservations, you must make a deposit or partial payment. A reservation holds your seats, but should the show begin to sell out, you will be asked for a deposit to guarantee your reservation.
Deadlines
Final payment and final adjustments in counts must be received by no later thant TWO WEEKS prior to performance. For logistics reasons, we do not sell admission on the day of the show. If you do not cancel, you will be held liable for any amounts due two weeks prior to a performance, so please be sure you manage your field trip accordingly.
Deposits
We do not require a deposit for groups to reserve admissions, however should a performance near selling out, you will be required to submit a 10%deposit to secure your reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes
Changes (including cancelling a reservation) can be made in a reservation up to two weeks prior to performance. Requests to increase numbers is contingent upon availability.
Cancellations
If a field trip is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the performance, there will be no refunds of money received and the school will still be billed for any outstanding balance.
Admissions vs Tickets
Tickets are not issued for student performances. When groups arrive at the venue, they will be checked-in by venue representatives.
Subsidies
ARTSBRIDGE offers a subsidy program to assist public schools with admission and funding needs. Please do not phone to inquire about availability of subsidy funds. Simply submit the standard reservation order form, indicating the subsidies needed. ARTSBRIDGE staff will contact you with details about the subsidy program. Subsidies will be allocated based on available funding.
