Summer is Almost Here!

Happy Friday! With summer right around the corner, we say goodbye to Atlanta Ballet and The Atlanta Opera! Fear not, they’ll both be back in the fall for their 2017-218 seasons. With nothing left on the calendar for May, we are preparing for the shows summer has in store for us. June will bring in a variety of shows, including Travis Wall’s Shaping Sound: After the Curtain, Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Youtube sensation DanTDM. On June 23, Jazz 91.9, Atlanta’s Jazz Station, will be hosting a benefit concert featuring Gregory Porter and Kandace Springs. July kicks off with Uncle Curly’s Classroom: A stage play by A.D. Smith. The following weekend, K-pop group Monsta X comes to town for their first ever U.S. tour, which has already sold out. Our final show of in July is IMOMSOHARD: Mom’s Night Out, two average moms who gained popularity on Youtube for their brutally honest and hilariously thoughts on motherhood. Summer will also bring new show announcements for the fall as well more details on our 10th anniversary celebration. Our celebration plans currently include a night out at SunTrust Park on September 10 at 7:10 as the Braves take on the Miami Marlins and you’re invited! You can purchase discounted tickets to the game here:

Enjoy the rest of this month, have a great Memorial Day weekend, and be sure to come visit us this summer for one of our many shows!
