Ticketing Policies

Online Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com. A fee is assessed on each order. You may browse for performances on our event calendar. Performances available for purchase will feature a “Buy Tickets” link that initiates the process of seat selection and purchase using Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.

By Phone
For tickets or information, call Ticketmaster at 404-249-6400. A fee is assessed on each order.  Phone orders are not accepted through the Centre box office.

In Person
The Bank of North Georgia Box Office, located at the venue, is open 10AM to 6PM Monday-Friday, Noon-6PM Saturday and one hour prior to a performance on day of show. The Box Office opens on selected Saturdays at 10 a.m. for on-sale dates. The Bank of North Georgia Box Office is not open on Sundays and select legal holidays. Free 15 minute parking is available to purchase tickets.

ATM
There are two Bank of North Georgia ATMs at the Cobb Energy Centre.

Program Changes and Cancellations
Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented by the Cobb Energy Centre has been canceled or postponed, any changes will be announced – if time permits – on a postcard sent to your home, on the website, and in advertisements in local newspapers. If you would like to confirm that a concert is taking place, phone the Centre at 770-916-2800.
