Ticketing Policies
Online Ticketing
Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com. A fee is assessed on each order. You may browse for performances on our event calendar. Performances available for purchase will feature a “Buy Tickets” link that initiates the process of seat selection and purchase using Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.
There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.
By Phone
For tickets or information, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. A fee is assessed on each order. Phone orders are not accepted through the Centre box office.
In Person
The Bank of North Georgia Box Office, located at the venue, is open 10AM to 6PM Monday-Friday, 10AM to 2 PM Saturday and one hour prior to a performance on day of show. The Bank of North Georgia Box Office is not open on Sundays and select legal holidays. Free 15 minute parking is available to purchase tickets.
ATM
There is a Bank of North Georgia ATM in the Grand Lobby of the Cobb Energy Centre.
Child Policy
Regardless of age, all patrons must have a ticket. Unless an event is designated for younger audiences, children under the age of 3 years will not be admitted to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. All children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theater without refund.
Late Seating
We know that patrons make every effort to be on time for events out of respect for the performers and other theatergoers; however, there are times that traffic or weather problems cause late arrivals. Latecomers may watch the beginning of a show on flat screen TVs in our lobby until the theatre has re-opened to allow guests into the auditorium. In addition, touring companies set the policy for allowing those who arrive past curtain time into the theatre. We ask those patrons to wait until the approved time to re-open the theatre doors. Please plan ahead to arrive early and relax before the performance begins. Many thanks for your continued support and cooperation.
Program Changes and Cancellations
Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented by the Cobb Energy Centre has been canceled or postponed, any changes will be announced – if time permits – on a postcard sent to your home, on the website, and in advertisements in local newspapers. If you would like to confirm that a concert is taking place, phone the Centre at 770-916-2800.
