Performance Bookings

Thank you for your interest in leasing the John A. Williams Theatre at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.  Prospective lessees must complete the application and submit it to the venue's booking department prior to holding dates and booking the venue. 

The John A. Williams Theatre at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is a worldclass, state-of-the art performance venue.  Fee structures and venue requirements are established for users with experience in presenting and who have a strong understanding of the many facets of event management that make for success.

Promoter Guide

Cobb Energy Centre opened in September 2007 and has hosted over 3,800 events and 3.8 million guests for concerts, comedians, opera, ballet, awards shows and educational programming. The venue is the only fully-seated proscenium stage theatre in the 2,000-3,000 seat range in metro Atlanta making it an ideal choice for many performers.

Theatre Tech Packet

The theatre is designed as a multi-purpose venue that will accommodate a broad range of potential users, from opera and Broadway shows to comedy acts and popular music concerts. The theatre has a capacity of 2,750, comprising orchestra, mezzanine, and grand tier seating. Various orchestra pit configurations reduce the number of audience seats.

Performance Application and Rate Sheet

Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre seeks renters who have experience successfully presenting at major venues in the past 12 months. Lease applications must be received no less than 60 days prior to the event date. The Centre reserves the right to decline renting the facility to any applicant. Our leasee requirements. If you meet these requirments, please send completed application by email to the Centre.
