Helpful Information for First Time Guests to The Nutcracker at Cobb Energy Centre
In anticipation of your visit to Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre we would like to share some helpful tips to make your experience more enjoyable.

ACCESS TO THEATRE - Doors to the venue open 90 minutes before the performance begins.
*Every person must have a ticket in order to enter the building.
*In the interest of all patrons, Atlanta Ballet's late seating policy requires patrons who arrive after the curtain rises to be seated in the back of the theatre until such time they can be moved to their assigned seats.
SECURITY/PROHIBITED ITEMS - The Centre does not check any items. Please leave any prohibited items at home or in your car.
*There is no photography or video of any kind during the performance.
*No Strollers, car seats or booster seats will be permitted in the building.
*Per Atlanta Ballet there will be no food permitted inside the theatre.
Bags must be smaller than 11"x13". Upon entry, guests will be required to pass through a metal detector. Please allow time to enter the venue and limit personal items to ensure a smooth entry process. For a full list of prohibited items, click here.

3 Simple Steps to Use Your Tickets on Event Day
- In the Ticketmaster app, sign in to your account.
- Tap My Events to view your order.
- Add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet to easily scan and go at the gate. When you arrive, simply open your ticket in your phone’s wallet, scan your QR code and you’re all set.
Your ticket must be displayed on your phone. Screenshots and print outs will not be accepted.

Purchased Tickets from Atlanta Ballet?
If you purchased from Atlanta Ballet, please note the following based on how you received your tickets.
Print-At-Home E-Tickets must be printed on paper (for best results we recommend using Adobe Reader, which is a free program). Tickets held at the box office will be available at the Will Call window beginning two hours prior to the performance.
Please bring your photo ID; staff cannot release tickets to a person whose name is not on the ticket envelope. If you are unable to locate your tickets, please contact for assistance patronservices@atlantaballet.com.
*Please note, not all tickets are eligible for ticket transfers.
TIPS FOR FINDING YOUR SEATS - Your tickets should have a portal number or letter. Portals A, B, C, & D are on the Orchestra level. Portals M1, M2, M3 & M4 are on the Mezzanine (2nd Floor) level and Portals G1 and G2 are on the Grand Tier level (3rd Floor). There are elevators and stairs on both sides of the lobby. Portals A or 1 are on house right and Portals D or 4 are on house left.

DIRECTIONS - Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre is located in northwest Atlanta at the intersection of I-75 and I-285. Take Exit 258/Cumberland Boulevard off I-75. Go west on Cumberland Boulevard and take a right on Cobb Galleria Parkway. The Centre is at the intersection of Cobb Galleria Parkway and Akers Mill Road. There is also an HOV exit from northbound I-75 and an on ramp to southbound I-75 at Akers Mill Road, adjacent to the Centre.

PARKING INFORMATION - Attended parking is available at Cobb Energy Centre for $17 per car. Credit and debit cards accepted.
The deck can be busy when entering and exiting for Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre events, prepare for delays at these times. Parking spaces in the parking deck are first come, first serve. Backing into a space will make your exit much easier.
CONCESSIONS - Cobb Energy Centre offers concessions in our lobbies. Prior the performance there will be bars open at the theatre. Concessions offer candy, snacks, and full bar & beverage service. One bar on the orchestra and mezzanine lobbies will remain open until 30 minutes from the end of the performance. In addition, the lobby level will offer a variety of light meal options.
